Acceptance of Terms

By using Amourly, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the application.

Eligibility and Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

User Content

You retain rights to your content, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and store it as part of the service.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Amourly only for lawful purposes. You may not use the service to violate laws, infringe rights, upload harmful content, reverse engineer the app, or interfere with platform security and availability.

Subscriptions, Billing, and Auto-Renewal

Amourly offers auto-renewable subscriptions (for example, monthly and yearly plans). Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before period end. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store / Google Play account settings.

Trials, Cancellation, and Refunds

If a free trial is offered, any unused portion may be forfeited when you purchase a subscription where applicable. Refunds are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play under their respective billing policies.

Third-Party Services

Certain features rely on third-party providers (for example, RevenueCat for subscriptions, Mixpanel/Tenjin/TikTok for analytics and attribution, Sentry for crash monitoring, Google Cloud for hosting/storage, and Google Gemini for selected AI text tools). Your use of those integrations may also be subject to third-party terms.

Termination

You may stop using Amourly at any time and can request account deletion from inside the app. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or when required for legal or security reasons.

Limitation of Liability

The application is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the application will be error-free or continuously available.

Governing Documents

Your use of Amourly is also governed by our Privacy Policy. For iOS subscriptions and purchases, Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement terms may apply where required.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect when published in the application or on our website.
